Registration, Payment & General Rules

• KLIMS Run is open to:
  • Malaysian citizens holding a valid Malaysian Passport and/or Malaysian Identification Card
  • International participants holding a valid Passport
• All registrations and payments must be completed online via the official website.
• The Organiser shall not be held liable for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect registration details.
• Entries are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, unless stated otherwise.
• The Organizer reserves the right to accept, reject, or limit entries without prior notice.
• The Organizer also reserves the right to close registration before the stated deadline once the race quota is reached.
• KLIMS Run is a non-competitive run.
• Age eligibility is determined as of 20th April 2026.
• Participants below 16 years old must obtain parental consent and/or be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who will be fully responsible for the child’s participation. Any parent/guardian wishing to accompany the child must also register for the run.
• Once registration and payment are successfully completed, entry fees are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-deferrable, regardless of whether the participant attends the event.
• Once payment for the registration is completed, participants will receive a confirmation Identity for their participation, which may be provided by registration service providers.
• Race entries are strictly non-transferable without the written consent of the Organiser, wherein the request for transfer shall be made one month before the event date. Any individual found running with an unauthorized or unregistered race number will be disqualified. The Organiser reserves the right to accept or reject the request.
• All participants must wear their race bib during the event, and any individual found running without an authorised or official race bib will be asked to leave the route.
• Changes to the race category and personal details are not allowed after registration without the written consent of the Organiser. Participants must submit such requests in writing, and the Organiser reserves the right to approve or reject any request.
• The Organiser also reserves the right to cancel the event in the event of any emergency situation at the venue or a national health crisis, in which case any cancellation would only entitle participants to receive the race kit items. The organiser also reserves the right to add extra fee for any postage of items in such circumstances.
• Participants must collect their race kits on the dates specified by the Organiser. Any race kit left uncollected before the event date will be dealt with at the sole discretion of the Organiser.
• Submission of the registration form constitutes the participant’s agreement to comply with all event rules and regulations.
• Registration Closing Date: 20th April 2026.
