Health Requirements
Participants with the following medical conditions are not permitted to take part in this event:

  • Congenital or rheumatic heart disease
  • Hypertension
  • Myocarditis or other heart-related conditions
  • Coronary heart disease or coronary artery disease
  • Serious cardiac arrhythmia
  • Diabetes
  • Any medical condition that may be worsened by physical exertion or running


Age Requirements
Participants below 12 years old must run together with a parent or legal guardian.

Registration, Payment & General Rules

  • All registrations and payments must be completed online via the official website.
  • The Organiser shall not be held liable for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect registration details.
  • Entries are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, unless stated otherwise.
  • KLIMS Run is open to:
    • Malaysian citizens holding a valid Malaysian Passport and/or Malaysian Identification Card
    • International participants holding a valid Passport
    • Age eligibility is determined as of 30th April 2026
    • Participants below 16 years old must obtain parental consent and/or be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who will be fully responsible for the child’s participation. Any parent/guardian wishing to accompany the child must also register for the run.
    • Once registration and payment are successfully completed, entry fees are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-deferrable, regardless of whether the participant attends the event.
    • Race entries are strictly non-transferable. Any individual found running with an unauthorized or unregistered race number will be disqualified.
    • Changes to race category or personal details are not allowed after registration confirmation. Any category change requires a new registration.
    • The Organizer reserves the right to accept, reject, or limit entries without prior notice.
    • The Organizer also reserves the right to close registration before the stated deadline once the race quota is reached.
    • Submission of the registration form constitutes the participant’s agreement to comply with all event rules and regulations.
