CRITERIA
Media registration for KLIMS 2026 is open to members of the media that meet the following criteria:
- Editors, journalists, photographers/videographers of a printed news publication, news website, or social media page that regularly publishes automotive news, or news related to the automotive industry, motoring news or automotive lifestyle.
- The publication must refer to the subject of automotive/motoring or subjects related to motoring (such as business, lifestyle, technology etc), and NOT about an individual/personality and the accreditation team will differentiate this during the application process.
- The publication must show proof of regular content on their outlet as part of the accreditation process.
REGISTRATION GUIDE
- Submit your online application through the form — the closing date is 9th June 2026.
- Each media publication title may submit one form with up to 6 team members per form (the first name listed will be the main applicant).
- Please allow (10) working days for the accreditation process.
- If approved, applicants will receive a confirmation email.
- Successfully registered applicants can collect their media passes at the media registration counter on 11th June 2026 (KLIMS 2026 Media Day) at MITEC, Kuala Lumpur. (Main applicant or a representative within the same registration can collect on behalf).
- Registrations received after 9th June 2026 may undergo same-day registration at the venue. Please register online early to avoid delays.
- To register additional members in your publication, please submit a separate form — KLIMS 2026 media committee will evaluate and approve accordingly.
- The KLIMS 2026 media committee reserves full rights to grant or deny any application and/or access to privileges granted through the media registration process.
